Ksenia Korzun is an acknowledged hospitality real estate professional with a strong focus on M&A. Ksenia’s broad experience has made her a sought-after speaker at high-profile international conferences and events, including in Davos, Switzerland.

As Managing Director of ILP Invest, she advises investment funds and individual clients on a broad range of issues relating to hotel acquisitions and offers comprehensive support and deal supervision throughout the project.

Jansanthia Bang-On leads ILP Invest’s Asian Hub and oversees company communications with clients in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and China.

Jansanthia Bang-On advises UHNWIs in Asia, supervises transactions involving sales and acquisitions of large assets based in the Southeast Asia. She often makes appearances as a speaker at international conferences in Thailand, Singapore, and India.

James Mason has more than 20 years of experience with the Big 4 firms. He has completed more than 60 M&A transactions involving financial companies. James teaches Finance at three institutes in the EU. His clients include financial groups in the UK, France, and Switzerland.

As M&A Head of ILP Invest, he analyzes transactions, supervises the Due Diligence department, and leads the group of financial analysts.
