The event will be conducted in strict compliance with the laws of Cyprus, particularly pertaining to COVID-19 precautionary measures.

In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 circumstances out of the organizer’s reasonable control (e.g. a public gathering ban or lockdown imposed in the EU or Cyprus) registration fees will be refunded in full.
